Rooms & Rates

 B & B on Sixth is York, Nebraska’s only bed and breakfast facility. For travelers or visitors either here on business, visiting family, and their college student or just passing through, B & B on Sixth is a comfortable home away from home. Each beautifully decorated room is equipped with luxurious amenities which include soft, silky bed linens, room darkening window coverings, two fluffy bathrobes, a coffee maker and a snack basket stocked with a selection of teas, hot chocolate and snacks. The private baths for each room are stocked with soft, fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. A thermal carafe for hot or cold drinking water is provided for each room, refillable from the dispenser located in the dining room. Guests are welcome to use the living room, dining room, front and back porches and patio area any time between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. unless they are in use. The entire home is equipped with central heat and air conditioning. A 25% deposit is required at booking.

The Castaway features two queen beds with décor which invokes the relaxing, tranquil feel of a tropical island.

The Library is adjacent to the Castaway with an adjoining door.

Residence

The Residence features 800 square feet of floor space, which includes a large bedroom with a King Size bed and home office area, a private sitting room with television, a mini kitchen and a dining area.

Prairie Sunset

The Prairie Sunset with a King bed has a casual, comfortable Nebraska prairie atmosphere and a view to the west where you just might see a prairie sunset.
