There is a side dormer room with a trundle bed which can sleep two. The ensuite bath includes a shower and toilet area which is separate from a larger bath area with two pedestal sinks, a large three window wall with window seat and lots of natural light. The Residence has separate heating and ac controls from the rest of the house.
