Reservations

At B&B on Sixth our goal is to provide “A Personal Lodging Experience Tailored Just for You”! We are not a chain hotel. That will be obvious from the time a reservation is made to check out. To achieve this goal it is necessary to have the following reservation policies:

*Room rates include a full home-cooked breakfast for 2. Additional guests will be charged $15 each.

*Breakfast is served from 7:30-9 a.m. You will be given the chance to select a seating time at check-in. Please notify in advance of special dietary considerations. Special times and arrangements can be made in advance.

*Check-in time is between 3 and 6 p.m. or by prior arrangement.

*Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

*Quiet time is 11p.m. to 8 a.m.

*Children of any age are allowed. Every effort will be made to insure the comfort and privacy of all guests.

*Dogs are allowed in designated room only. See full pet policy.

*For individual rooms, a non-refundable deposit per room of $25 is required at time of reservation. The deposit will be applied to the total amount charged for your stay.

*Payment forms accepted are cash or credit/debit cards.

*Open year round

Cancellation Policy

*48 hours for individual room reservations.

*2 weeks for multiple room or multiple night reservations.

For individual room cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged for the full amount of your intended stay unless your room can be re-booked. No shows will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation.

Whole House or Special Reservations

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required.
A 30 day advance cancellation will be enforced.

Dog Friendly Policy

Only one room is dog friendly at this time. There is a $25 additional charge for pets. Hemingway’s Hideaway is located near the back stairway which gives direct access to the fenced backyard. Owners are expected to clean up after their pet. Bags and a receptacle are provided. Pets must be leashed while going from the room to the yard.

Dogs must be kenneled while in the room alone. A kennel can be provided, but if your pet has a special preference, please bring your own.

A sheet will be provided if the pet will be on the furniture or bed.

Cyclists Welcome

B & B on Sixth is cyclist friendly. If you are traveling with your bicycle or on your bike, you are welcome. Room is provided in the locked garage for bicycle storage. A stand is available for bike repair or washing. If you love to cycle but aren’t traveling with your bike, two bikes and helmets are available to borrow. Beaver Creek Park which includes a bike path is nearby. If you need a portable breakfast to take with you on your bike, that can be arranged in advance.
